A professional team behind the group
Al Jaleel Group was founded by a professional team who are well versed in the field. That founding team shaped the group's working method: clear scoping, careful execution, and close attention to how a site is handed over.
The group works from Doha - Qatar with operations also in Sri Lanka, delivering civil construction, building maintenance, general trading and manpower supply services.
More about the group's mission, vision and registered entities is set out in the About Al Jaleel Group section.
The team behind Al Jaleel Group brings together professionals with long-standing field experience in contracting and construction, based in Doha, Qatar, with operations extending to Sri Lanka. Their background spans civil construction, building maintenance, general trading, manpower supply, cleaning and support services, so the group can draw on a wide pool of engineers, foremen, electricians, technicians and site personnel. Working as one organisation means the same standards for safety, quality and completion carry across every project, from groundwork and excavation through structural steel, concrete, architectural finishes, MEP, sanitary and electrical installations, waterproofing, polyurethane coatings and sealant application, piping, painting and repair work.
How the group operates reflects the habits of its founding team: clear scoping of each package of work, careful execution on site, and close attention to the moment a site is handed over to the client. That approach is what allows the company to serve government bodies, schools, offices, residences, private facilities and heavy industrial and engineering environments across Qatar. Continuous training keeps skilled tradespeople current, while experienced site supervision and a committed, safety-focused personnel structure help teams meet agreed timelines without avoidable inconvenience. The result is a professional, independent and registered contracting group trusted to deliver urban developments and ongoing maintenance programmes reliably.
